In between your sessions and meetings, be sure to stop by the YEA Hospitality Suite scheduled for Sunday, February 1st, 2026 from 4-6pm. There will be appetizers, a cash bar, and lots of networking! YEA Leadership Weekend (YLW) is an opportunity for YEA members to spend a weekend together developing soft skills, expanding their knowledge, and having a great time. YLW is led by Ralph Kison, President of Kison Inc., who guides attendees through a self-discovery process to reveal strengths, talents, gifts and passion. YEA Society leaders provide an overview of ASHRAE leadership opportunities at the Society, Regional, and Chapter level.

YEA HVAC Design Essentials Scholarship
Next round of applications opens October 2025
The next round of applications for the HVAC Design Essentials Training scholarship will open October 2025. The scholarship covers the cost of registration for either Level I or II of the HVAC Design training and five scholarships will be award for use between January-June 2026.
